DICHIARAZIONE PRECOMPILATA 2026: COME FUNZIONA L'ACCESSO PER PERSONE DI FIDUCIA, EREDI E RAPPRESENTANTI LEGALI


La dichiarazione precompilata è disponibile nell'area riservata del sito dell'Agenzia delle Entrate. Per trasmetterla c'è tempo fino al 30 settembre 2026 per il modello 730 e fino al 2 novembre 2026 per il modello Redditi Persone fisiche. Oltre alla gestione diretta mediante SPID, CIE o CNS, il contribuente può autorizzare altri soggetti ad operare in suo nome.  Nella guida "La dichiarazione precompilata 2026", l'Agenzia dedica un intero capitolo alle abilitazioni per l'accesso di altri contribuenti, illustrando le modalità operative per persone di fiducia, eredi, tutori, amministratori di sostegno, curatori speciali e genitori. Persona di fiducia: durata e modalità di abilitazione Il contribuente può designare una sola persona di fiducia, che accederà ai servizi online con le proprie credenziali SPID, CIE o CNS e potrà operare per suo conto. L'abilitazione ha validità fino al 31 dicembre dell'anno indicato nell'istanza, con una durata massima che non può superare il secondo anno successivo a quello di attivazione. La richiesta può essere presentata tramite l'area riservata del sito dell'Agenzia, via PEC, presso un ufficio territoriale o attraverso il servizio di videochiamata. L'abilitazione è inoltre revocabile in qualsiasi momento. Le novità per gli eredi La guida ricorda che gli eredi possono accedere alla dichiarazione del contribuente deceduto dopo aver ottenuto l'apposita abilitazione, presentando la relativa dichiarazione sostitutiva tramite il servizio online "Autorizzazioni" o con le modalità alternative previste. Tra le novità del 2026, il servizio web per la gestione delle autorizzazioni in capo all'erede è stato esteso anche alla persona di fiducia dell'erede, purché già abilitata secondo le modalità previste dal provvedimento del 22 settembre 2023.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
