RIFORMA DELLO SPORT: CONI E CNDCEC PROPONGONO MODELLI ORGANIZZATIVI SEMPLIFICATI PER ASD E SSD


La Commissione Paritetica tra i due enti presenta le proposte per rendere più sostenibili gli adempimenti e rafforzare i sistemi di tutela nel mondo sportivo dilettantistico. Semplificare gli adempimenti per le realtà sportive di minori dimensioni, senza ridurre il livello delle tutele previste dalla riforma dello sport. È questo l?"obiettivo delle proposte elaborate dalla Commissione Paritetica CONI – Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili (CNDCEC), presentate il 14 luglio 2026 presso il Salone d?"Onore del CONI. Il documento conclusivo dei lavori analizza le principali questioni legate ai modelli organizzativi e di controllo dell?"attività sportiva (MOCAS), ai codici di condotta e al sistema di safeguarding, individuando soluzioni che tengano conto delle diverse dimensioni e caratteristiche degli enti sportivi. Focus su ASD e SSD di minori dimensioni Tra le proposte emerge la possibilità di adottare modelli organizzativi differenziati e schemi semplificati per le associazioni sportive dilettantistiche (ASD) e le società sportive dilettantistiche (SSD) più piccole, così da garantire il rispetto delle regole con oneri proporzionati al livello di rischio e alla struttura dell?"ente. La Commissione ha inoltre evidenziato l?"importanza della formazione delle figure coinvolte nel safeguarding, considerata essenziale per consolidare una cultura della prevenzione e della tutela nel mondo sportivo. Il lavoro congiunto di CONI e CNDCEC rappresenta una base per lo sviluppo di un sistema di governance sportiva più equilibrato, capace di coniugare trasparenza, protezione delle persone e sostenibilità organizzativa.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
