REGISTRATORE TELEMATICO E CHIUSURE OLTRE I 12 GIORNI: LE REGOLE PER LE FERIE


In vista delle ferie estive o di eventuali chiusure stagionali prolungate, è fondamentale per gli esercenti ricordare le procedure relative alla corretta gestione del Registratore Telematico (RT) dei corrispettivi. Secondo le specifiche tecniche fornite dall'Agenzia Entrate, nel caso in cui l'interruzione dell'attività commerciale si protragga per oltre 12 giorni consecutivi (es. per ferie lunghe, chiusura stagionale o temporaneo inutilizzo del dispositivo), o qualora l'esercente non sia in grado di stabilire a priori la durata dell'inattività, è necessario prevedere l'invio di un evento specifico al sistema dell'Agenzia. È opportuno infatti impostare il Registratore Telematico nello stato di 'fuori servizio' utilizzando il codice 608, che identifica l'evento di 'magazzino/periodo di inattività'. Questa impostazione notifica anticipatamente al Fisco l'inizio del periodo di sospensione. Non sono previste complesse procedure per la riattivazione: al momento della riapertura del punto vendita, il Registratore Telematico tornerà in automatico 'In servizio' in occasione della prima trasmissione utile dei corrispettivi. È un adempimento obbligatorio? Come chiarito in più occasioni dall'Amministrazione Finanziaria, la comunicazione di inattività superiore ai 12 giorni non è un obbligo di legge in senso stretto e non comporta alcuna sanzione in caso di omissione. Tuttavia, l'operazione è fortemente consigliata per una ragione molto pratica: se la messa 'fuori servizio' viene ignorata, il sistema dell'Agenzia Entrate, non registrando alcun flusso di dati per oltre 12 giorni, rileva automaticamente un'anomalia procedurale. A fronte di tale anomalia, l'Agenzia potrebbe procedere con l'invio di una comunicazione via PEC all'indirizzo dell'esercente, intimando di fornire tempestivi chiarimenti sulla mancata trasmissione dei corrispettivi giornalieri. Il titolare dell'attività sarebbe dunque costretto, a posteriori, a giustificare formalmente l'assenza di invii (es. per ferie o malattia). Impostare proattivamente il registratore in "fuori servizio" prima della chiusura solleva l'esercente da questi successivi oneri burocratici, evitando l'arrivo di lettere di compliance e perdite di tempo con l'Agenzia Entrate.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
