CDM: APPROVATI TRE DECRETI ATTUATIVI DELLA RIFORMA FISCALE. PROROGA SCONTO ACCISE GASOLIO


Nella seduta del 4 agosto 2026, il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato in via definitiva tre decreti legislativi attuativi della delega fiscale. Come dichiarato dal Viceministro dell'Economia e delle Finanze Maurizio Leo, l'intervento porta il bilancio complessivo a 29 decreti legislativi definitivi, a cui si aggiungerà eventualmente il codice tributario. I 3 Decreti approvati Decreto correttivo 'Omnibus': Finalità: intervento trasversale finalizzato alla razionalizzazione e al perfezionamento delle norme fiscali già emanate. Ambiti di intervento: imposte sui redditi, IVA, imposta su successioni e donazioni, accise, controlli, adempimento collaborativo e semplificazioni procedurali. Operatività: l'analisi di decorrenze, clausole transitorie e ricadute sugli adempimenti pendenti sarà subordinata alla pubblicazione del testo finale in Gazzetta Ufficiale. Ordinamento della Giurisdizione Tributaria: Finalità: definizione dell'assetto e delle competenze della nuova magistratura tributaria, riallineandola al modello delle altre magistrature e completando la riforma della giustizia tributaria. Operatività: si rende necessario il monitoraggio degli aspetti organizzativi e processuali da parte degli operatori del settore e dei difensori. Tributi territoriali e Federalismo fiscale regionale: Finalità: articolato in due sezioni, il provvedimento razionalizza il rapporto tributario per gli enti locali e interviene sull'assetto del federalismo fiscale regionale. L'approvazione è avvenuta con deliberazione motivata del Governo (a seguito del mancato accordo in Conferenza unificata) e previo parere delle commissioni parlamentari. Operatività: l'attenzione degli operatori dovrà focalizzarsi sul coordinamento normativo tra le diverse discipline locali, sulla gestione degli adempimenti e sui margini di autonomia degli enti territoriali. Proroga dello sconto sulle Accise del gasolio Il Consiglio dei Ministri ha inoltre approvato la proroga fino al 25 agosto 2026 dello sconto di 17 centesimi al litro sulle accise del gasolio, la cui scadenza era precedentemente fissata per il 6 agosto.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
