La Circolare n. 6/E del 6 agosto 2026 fa il punto sulle nuove regole dell?"adempimento collaborativo, dall?"accesso al Tax Control Framework fino alle misure premiali e al dialogo preventivo con il Fisco. L?"Agenzia delle Entrate interviene sull?"adempimento collaborativo con la Circolare n. 6/E del 6 agosto 2026, dedicata alle modifiche introdotte dalla riforma fiscale e ai principali dubbi emersi nella concreta applicazione della disciplina.Il documento di prassi, firmato dal direttore dell?"Agenzia Vincenzo Carbone, riunisce in un unico quadro interpretativo le novità previste dalla legge delega e dai successivi decreti attuativi, fornendo indicazioni operative rivolte alle imprese, ai professionisti e agli altri soggetti interessati. Accesso più ampio e rafforzamento dei controlli fiscali Tra gli aspetti esaminati dalla circolare rientra innanzitutto l?"evoluzione dell?"istituto, con la progressiva estensione della platea dei contribuenti che possono accedere al regime.Particolare attenzione è riservata inoltre al Tax Control Framework (TCF), il sistema attraverso cui l?"impresa individua, gestisce e monitora i rischi fiscali. La riforma ne rafforza il ruolo, anche attraverso la previsione della certificazione del sistema di controllo del rischio fiscale.La circolare approfondisce inoltre il potenziamento degli effetti premiali dell?"adempimento collaborativo e i nuovi strumenti destinati a favorire un confronto preventivo tra contribuente e Amministrazione finanziaria. I chiarimenti sui principali dubbi applicativi Ampio spazio è dedicato alle questioni operative. L?"Agenzia ha raccolto i principali quesiti emersi sull?"applicazione delle nuove disposizioni, fornendo chiarimenti sui requisiti di accesso, sulle procedure da seguire e sul funzionamento dei singoli istituti interessati dalla riforma.L?"obiettivo è rendere più agevole l?"applicazione delle nuove regole e ridurre le incertezze interpretative che possono emergere nell?"adozione del regime.Le indicazioni contenute nella circolare sono anche il risultato del confronto avviato dall?"Agenzia con le imprese aderenti al regime, le associazioni di categoria e gli ordini professionali.
