MICRO E PICCOLE IMPRESE, NUOVO PRINCIPIO CONTABILE OIC: AL VIA LA CONSULTAZIONE


L?"OIC sottopone a consultazione una nuova disciplina contabile pensata per le imprese di minori dimensioni, con regole semplificate e maggiore flessibilità nell?"applicazione dei trattamenti contabili. Un unico principio contabile per raccogliere e semplificare le regole destinate a micro e piccole imprese. È questo l?"obiettivo della nuova bozza di principio contabile sulla quale l?"Organismo Italiano di Contabilità (OIC) ha avviato una consultazione pubblica.Il documento riguarda le società che redigono il bilancio in forma abbreviata ai sensi dell?"articolo 2435-bis del Codice civile e quelle che redigono il bilancio secondo le disposizioni dell?"articolo 2435-ter. La consultazione resterà aperta fino al 28 febbraio 2027. Regole contabili riunite in un unico documento Il progetto nasce anche sulla base dei risultati della precedente consultazione avviata dall?"OIC nel 2024. Dal confronto con gli operatori era emersa l?"esigenza di rendere più semplice la gestione contabile delle realtà di minori dimensioni, superando l?"attuale frammentazione delle disposizioni, oggi distribuite nei diversi principi contabili nazionali. La nuova bozza mira quindi a riunire in un unico documento le principali regole applicabili a queste imprese, mantenendo al tempo stesso il rispetto dei principi di redazione del bilancio e delle disposizioni del Codice civile.L?"intervento punta inoltre a ridurre gli oneri amministrativi senza modificare sostanzialmente i risultati contabili rispetto all?"applicazione delle regole ordinarie. Semplificazioni applicabili anche singolarmente Uno degli elementi caratterizzanti della proposta è l?"impostazione opzionale e flessibile.Per diverse fattispecie sono state introdotte specifiche semplificazioni, concepite per ottenere risultati sostanzialmente coerenti con quelli derivanti dall?"applicazione dei principi ordinari. Le imprese interessate potranno scegliere di adottare il nuovo principio nel suo complesso oppure utilizzare soltanto alcune delle semplificazioni previste.Per le voci di bilancio non interessate dalla scelta, sarà quindi possibile continuare ad applicare i trattamenti contabili ordinari. La consultazione pubblica rappresenta ora una nuova fase del percorso di elaborazione del principio.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
