CANONE UNICO, APERTE LE ANNUALITà 2021-2025 SUL PORTALE DEL FEDERALISMO FISCALE


Canone patrimoniale di concessione, autorizzazione o esposizione pubblicitaria: nuove modalità e termini per la trasmissione delle delibere comunali relative alle annualità pregresse. Il Dipartimento delle Finanze, con il comunicato del 18 agosto 2026, ha annunciato l?"apertura, all?"interno dell?"applicazione informatica “Gestione altri tributi comunali” del Portale del federalismo fiscale, delle annualità dal 2021 al 2025 della sezione dedicata al canone unico previsto dall?"articolo 1, commi 816 e seguenti, della legge n. 160/2019. La novità segue l?"entrata in vigore dell?"articolo 30 del D.Lgs. 147/2026, che ha introdotto nuove disposizioni sulla pubblicazione, con efficacia costitutiva, sul sito del Dipartimento delle Finanze, delle deliberazioni comunali relative ai regolamenti e alle tariffe del canone patrimoniale di concessione, autorizzazione o esposizione pubblicitaria. I termini per i Comuni Per il 2026, resta applicabile la disciplina prevista dall?"articolo 13, commi 15, 15-bis e 15-ter, del D.L. 201/2011. I Comuni devono quindi trasmettere le deliberazioni regolamentari e tariffarie relative al canone unico entro il 14 ottobre 2026; la pubblicazione sul sito del Dipartimento delle Finanze dovrà avvenire entro il 28 ottobre 2026. Per le annualità dal 2021 al 2025, invece, le deliberazioni già approvate per ciascun anno possono acquisire efficacia a condizione che siano inserite nel Portale del federalismo fiscale entro il 31 ottobre 2026 e successivamente pubblicate sul sito del Dipartimento delle Finanze entro il 30 novembre 2026. Il Dipartimento precisa che la possibilità riguarda esclusivamente le deliberazioni regolamentari e tariffarie già approvate per le rispettive annualità: non è quindi consentito ai Comuni adottare nel 2026 nuovi atti deliberativi riferiti agli anni precedenti. Infine, i Comuni che avevano già inserito nel Portale, per il 2026, le deliberazioni relative alle annualità 2021-2025 sulla base delle indicazioni della Circolare n. 1/DF del 22 maggio 2026, non dovranno effettuare un nuovo invio. Sarà infatti il Dipartimento delle Finanze a provvedere d?"ufficio al loro inserimento nelle rispettive annualità. Fonte: https://www.finanze.gov.it
