CREDITO D?"IMPOSTA CARBURANTI AGRICOLI: DOMANDE ENTRO IL 30 SETTEMBRE 2026


È operativo il credito d?"imposta riconosciuto alle imprese agricole per contribuire a compensare l?"incremento dei costi sostenuti per l?"acquisto di gasolio e benzina destinati all?"attività produttiva. L?"agevolazione riguarda i carburanti acquistati e consegnati nel periodo compreso tra marzo e maggio 2026 ed è disciplinata dal D.M. 27 luglio 2026, n. 365846, con le relative istruzioni operative AGEA n. 72 del 5 agosto 2026. Il credito spetta in misura pari al 20% della spesa ammissibile, entro il limite massimo di 50.000 euro per ciascuna impresa. Ai fini dell?"individuazione delle spese agevolabili rileva la data di consegna del carburante: possono quindi essere considerate anche fatture emesse dopo il 31 maggio 2026, purché riferite a carburante effettivamente consegnato entro tale data. Domande entro il 30 settembre La richiesta del beneficio deve essere presentata esclusivamente in modalità telematica, attraverso la piattaforma messa a disposizione dall?"AGEA, direttamente oppure con l?"assistenza dei Centri di assistenza agricola (CAA). Il termine ultimo per l?"invio delle domande è fissato al 30 settembre 2026.Una volta riconosciuto, il credito potrà essere utilizzato solo in compensazione tramite modello F24, a decorrere dal giorno successivo alla comunicazione del provvedimento di concessione e comunque non oltre il 31 dicembre 2026. Possibile riduzione della percentuale Il 20% rappresenta la misura massima del credito. Qualora l?"ammontare complessivo delle richieste ammissibili dovesse superare le risorse finanziarie disponibili, infatti, l?"importo spettante sarà rideterminato proporzionalmente. In questo caso, la percentuale effettiva del beneficio sarà calcolata rapportando il limite complessivo di spesa alla somma dei crediti risultanti dalle domande ammissibili.
