Per ciascuna tipologia di spesa, l?"Agenzia mette a disposizione specifiche guide e materiali informativi che consentono di verificare requisiti, documentazione da conservare e modalità di accesso alle agevolazioni. La brochure rappresenta quindi un punto di orientamento verso questi strumenti di approfondimento, fornendo anche i relativi collegamenti per consultare online le guide aggiornate. Particolare attenzione è dedicata inoltre ai benefici fiscali per le persone con disabilità, attraverso una serie di risposte alle domande più frequenti. Tra i chiarimenti riportati, quello relativo alle agevolazioni per l?"acquisto di autoveicoli: il semplice riconoscimento di una persona come avente diritto al “sostegno intensivo” ai sensi della legge n. 104/1992 non è, da solo, sufficiente per accedere ai benefici. Anche nel caso di malattia oncologica, il verbale di accertamento deve contenere gli specifici riferimenti normativi richiesti per poter usufruire delle agevolazioni. Assistenza e accesso alle informazioni Oltre alla parte dedicata ai benefici fiscali, la brochure riepiloga i servizi di assistenza messi a disposizione dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate, compresa la possibilità di prenotare appuntamenti per ricevere supporto in relazione alle proprie esigenze. Lo strumento è pensato quindi non solo per illustrare le principali agevolazioni, ma anche per facilitare il passaggio dall?"informazione all?"accesso concreto ai servizi.
