PHISHING, FALSO RIMBORSO IRPEF DA 328 EURO: NUOVA TRUFFA VIA SMS A NOME DELL?"AGENZIA ENTRATE


SMS fraudolenti promettono un rimborso IRPEF relativo al 2025 e indirizzano le vittime verso siti contraffatti per sottrarre dati personali e informazioni della carta di pagamento. Una nuova campagna di smishing, la forma di phishing che utilizza gli SMS, sfrutta il nome e l?"identità grafica dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate e dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione per trarre in inganno i cittadini. La truffa prende avvio da un messaggio che prospetta la possibilità di ottenere un rimborso IRPEF riferito all?"anno d?"imposta 2025 e contiene un link attraverso il quale l?"utente viene invitato a effettuare una presunta procedura di verifica.Il collegamento conduce a una pagina web fraudolenta che riproduce elementi riconducibili ai siti istituzionali. Dopo l?"inserimento del codice fiscale, viene visualizzato un falso credito di 328,45 euro e viene chiesto di confermare le coordinate necessarie per ricevere l'accredito. È a questo punto che la procedura punta alla sottrazione di informazioni finanziarie: vengono infatti richiesti nome dell?"intestatario della carta, numero, data di scadenza e codice CVV. Dati che, avverte l?"Agenzia, potrebbero essere utilizzati successivamente per compiere operazioni fraudolente. L?"Amministrazione finanziaria disconosce completamente questi messaggi e le relative pagine web, precisando di essere estranea alla campagna. Come difendersi dalla truffa L?"Agenzia raccomanda di non inserire dati personali o informazioni finanziarie su pagine raggiunte attraverso link contenuti in SMS inattesi, non richiesti o sospetti. In caso di dubbi, è possibile verificare l'autenticità delle comunicazioni attraverso la sezione dedicata al phishing del sito istituzionale. Per ulteriori verifiche è inoltre possibile utilizzare i contatti disponibili sul portale dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate o rivolgersi direttamente all?"ufficio territorialmente competente.
