GENITORI SEPARATI E DIVORZIATI, CONTRIBUTO AFFITTO FINO A 6.000 EURO L?"ANNO: REQUISITI E COME FUNZIONERà


Un sostegno economico per aiutare i genitori separati o divorziati che, dopo l'assegnazione dell'abitazione familiare all'altro genitore, si trovano a dover sostenere le spese per una nuova casa. È questa la finalità del Fondo per il sostegno abitativo dei genitori separati o divorziati con figli a carico, la cui norma istitutiva è pronta e attende ora lo sblocco delle risorse da parte del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze. Il Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, con una nota del 29 agosto 2026, ha comunicato di aver trasmesso al MEF la richiesta necessaria per consentire l'avvio della misura. Secondo le prime stime, il sostegno potrebbe raggiungere almeno 5.000 beneficiari già nei prossimi mesi. Un contributo per le spese di affitto Il fondo mette a disposizione complessivamente 60 milioni di euro nell'arco di tre anni. L'agevolazione è destinata a coprire il 50% del canone di locazione, fino a un limite massimo di 6.000 euro all'anno per ciascun beneficiario. L'obiettivo è intervenire sulle difficoltà economiche che possono derivare dalla necessità di trovare una nuova sistemazione abitativa quando la casa familiare viene assegnata all'ex coniuge o all'altro genitore, assicurando così un sostegno che tiene conto anche delle esigenze dei figli. Chi potrà accedere al sostegno La misura sarà rivolta ai genitori separati o divorziati che abbiano almeno un figlio fiscalmente a carico e che siano in regola con gli obblighi relativi al versamento dell'assegno di mantenimento. Per quanto riguarda la situazione economica, il limite indicato dal MIT è fissato in 35.000 euro di reddito annuo. Il parametro utilizzato non sarà l'ISEE: per individuare i beneficiari verrà infatti preso in considerazione il reddito ai fini Irpef.Tra le ulteriori condizioni previste rientra la necessità di disporre di un regolare contratto di locazione e di non possedere altri immobili entro un raggio di 50 chilometri dalla precedente abitazione familiare.Il contributo non potrà inoltre essere percepito insieme ad altri sussidi destinati al pagamento dell'affitto. Domande online e priorità alle aree più interessate La richiesta del beneficio sarà presentata online, secondo modalità che dovranno essere definite con l'attivazione della misura. Prima dell'avvio effettivo sarà quindi necessario completare l'iter di sblocco delle risorse presso il MEF. Una volta disponibili i fondi, l'intervento dovrebbe essere indirizzato prioritariamente alle regioni caratterizzate dalla maggiore presenza di genitori separati o divorziati e da condizioni più critiche sotto il profilo dell'emergenza abitativa. Il Fondo si inserisce così tra gli interventi di sostegno rivolti alle famiglie che, a seguito della separazione o del divorzio, devono affrontare contemporaneamente gli obblighi di mantenimento dei figli e i costi legati alla disponibilità di una nuova abitazione.
