GASOLIO E BENZINA PER L?"AGRICOLTURA: CREDITO D?"IMPOSTA FINO A 50.000 EURO PER IMPRESA


Un contributo straordinario sotto forma di credito d?"imposta per compensare parte dei maggiori costi sostenuti dalle imprese agricole per l?"acquisto di gasolio e benzina nel 2026. Un aiuto sui costi del carburante È stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 209 del 9 settembre 2026 il decreto 24 luglio 2026 del Ministero dell?"Agricoltura, della Sovranità Alimentare e delle Foreste, che definisce le modalità di attuazione del contributo straordinario sotto forma di credito d?"imposta per l?"acquisto di gasolio e benzina destinati alle attività agricole. Il credito è riconosciuto alle imprese agricole che siano agricoltori in attività, indipendentemente dalla forma giuridica e dal regime contabile adottato. Sono agevolabili le spese, comprovate dalle relative fatture e al netto dell?"IVA, sostenute dal 1° marzo al 31 maggio 2026 per l?"acquisto di gasolio e benzina destinati all?"alimentazione dei mezzi utilizzati nell?"attività agricola, compreso il riscaldamento delle serre destinate alla coltivazione di piante orticole. Domande all?"AGEA e credito in compensazione Il contributo spetta fino al 20% della spesa ammissibile, nel limite complessivo di 90 milioni di euro. Qualora l'ammontare delle richieste superi le risorse disponibili, l'aliquota effettiva sarà rideterminata in misura proporzionale. Il contributo concesso non può comunque superare 50.000 euro per ciascuna impresa. Le domande devono essere presentate all?"AGEA (Agenzia per le erogazioni in agricoltura), esclusivamente tramite la piattaforma telematica dell?"Agenzia, secondo le modalità e le scadenze definite con apposite istruzioni operative pubblicate sul sito dell'Agenzia. Il termine per l?"invio non potrà comunque essere successivo al 30 settembre 2026. Alla domanda dovranno essere allegate le fatture relative agli acquisti di carburante agevolabili. Il credito d?"imposta è utilizzabile esclusivamente in compensazione tramite modello F24, attraverso i servizi telematici dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, entro il 31 dicembre 2026.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
