PARTITE IVA, NEL SECONDO TRIMESTRE 2026 OLTRE 124MILA NUOVE APERTURE


Nel secondo trimestre del 2026 sono state aperte 124.170 nuove partite IVA, in aumento del 2,2% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2025. Il dato emerge dall?"aggiornamento dell?"Osservatorio sulle partite IVA del Dipartimento delle Finanze, pubblicato il 10 settembre 2026, che fotografa anche le principali caratteristiche delle nuove aperture per forma giuridica, territorio, settore economico e regime fiscale. A trainare la crescita sono soprattutto le persone fisiche, che registrano un incremento delle aperture del 4,1%, e le società di capitali, in aumento del 6%. In lieve calo, invece, le società di persone (-1%), mentre risulta particolarmente marcata la contrazione delle nuove partite IVA riferite a soggetti non residenti, pari al 38,1%. Sul piano territoriale, il maggior incremento si registra nella Provincia autonoma di Trento, con il 24,3% in più di aperture rispetto al secondo trimestre 2025, seguita da Toscana (+11,6%) e Abruzzo (+10,6%). Tra le regioni in diminuzione figurano invece Veneto (-5,9%), Basilicata (-5%) e Puglia (-4,8%). Le attività professionali rappresentano il principale settore di nuova apertura, con il 16,8% del totale, davanti al commercio (15,3%) e alle costruzioni (9,4%). Tra i principali comparti, gli aumenti più consistenti riguardano le attività per la salute umana e l?"assistenza sociale (+10,9%), il settore finanziario e assicurativo (+9,7%) e quello tecnico-professionale (+8%). In controtendenza il commercio, che registra un calo del 13,6%, e il comparto dell?"alloggio e della ristorazione (-1,1%). Rilevante anche il dato sul regime forfetario: nel trimestre 60.493 soggetti hanno scelto questo regime, pari al 48,7% delle nuove aperture, con un incremento del 2,5% rispetto al secondo trimestre del 2025.
