BOLLO AUTO 2027: ESENZIONE PER LE AUTO FINO A 80 KW, VERSO L?"ABOLIZIONE DEL TRIBUTO


Il bollo auto potrebbe avviarsi verso il definitivo superamento. Il decreto-legge approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri nell?"ambito delle misure urgenti sui carburanti prevede infatti, per il solo anno 2027, l?"esenzione dal pagamento del tributo per un veicolo che rispetti determinati requisiti. Un solo veicolo esente per ciascun proprietario L?"agevolazione è destinata alle persone fisiche proprietarie di un?"autovettura, ma anche ai soggetti passivi che utilizzano il veicolo in leasing o a noleggio. Sono interessate le autovetture a benzina, gasolio o ibride, purché abbiano una potenza non superiore a 80 kW. L?"esenzione riguarda un solo veicolo. In presenza di più autovetture che rientrano nei parametri previsti, il beneficio si applica infatti a quella con potenza minore.Per chi non possiede un?"autovettura con le caratteristiche richieste, la misura può essere utilizzata in relazione a un motociclo o un ciclomotore. Esenzione 2027, in attesa del superamento del tributo La disposizione è prevista anche per i territori delle Regioni a statuto speciale e delle Province autonome, ma in questo caso sarà necessario un accordo con ciascuna autonomia titolare del tributo. Per compensare la riduzione delle entrate, è previsto un trasferimento a favore delle Regioni e delle Province autonome. L?"esenzione è limitata al 2027 e viene indicata dal Governo come passaggio verso una successiva abolizione a regime del bollo auto, alla quale l?"Esecutivo intende dare seguito nell?"ambito della prossima legge di bilancio.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
