RECUPERO ICI ENTI NON COMMERCIALI: DICHIARAZIONE ENTRO IL 30 SETTEMBRE


Enti non commerciali, ultimi giorni per l?"adempimento relativo al recupero dell?"ICI 2006-2011. La scadenza interessa i soggetti con determinati importi IMU/TASI dichiarati o accertati per il 2012 e 2013. È fissato al 30 settembre 2026 il termine per la trasmissione telematica della dichiarazione necessaria al recupero dell?"ICI relativa agli anni dal 2006 al 2011. L?"adempimento riguarda gli enti non commerciali che, con riferimento al 2012 o al 2013, hanno dichiarato un debito IMU/TASI superiore a 50.000 euro annui oppure sono stati chiamati a versare, anche a seguito di accertamento comunale, un importo superiore alla stessa soglia. La scadenza originaria del 31 marzo 2026 è stata prorogata al 30 settembre dal Dpcm 26 marzo 2026, a seguito delle difficoltà tecniche segnalate in relazione alla disponibilità di software adeguati per la presentazione della dichiarazione. La dichiarazione deve essere presentata esclusivamente in via telematica e riguarda complessivamente gli immobili posseduti dall?"ente sul territorio nazionale nel periodo 2006-2011. La disciplina si inserisce nelle misure previste per il recupero degli aiuti di Stato connessi all?"esenzione ICI riconosciuta agli enti non commerciali. Versamento entro 30 giorni Il termine per il pagamento delle somme eventualmente dovute è collegato a quello dichiarativo: il versamento deve essere effettuato entro 30 giorni dalla scadenza per la presentazione della dichiarazione, quindi, in relazione all?"attuale scadenza del 30 settembre, entro il 30 ottobre 2026. Per il pagamento sono disponibili i codici tributo istituiti dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate con la Risoluzione n. 12 del 24 marzo 2026, da utilizzare tramite modello F24 o F24 “Enti pubblici”.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
