SUCCESSIONI, DONAZIONI E SERVIZI IPOTECARI: DALL?"AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE I NUOVI CODICI TRIBUTO PER F24


L?"Agenzia delle Entrate compie un ulteriore passo nel processo di razionalizzazione dei versamenti F24. Con un nuovo documento di prassi vengono aggiornate le modalità di pagamento tramite modello F24 per la gestione del ravvedimento, della revoca d?"intenti e degli esiti del controllo fiscale in materia di successioni, donazioni e tasse ipo-catastali.   L?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato la Risoluzione n. 30/E del 16 settembre 2026, istitutiva di un pacchetto di nuovi codici tributo che consentono il versamento tramite modello F24 delle somme dovute in relazione a successioni, donazioni e tasse per i servizi ipotecari e catastali. L'intervento si inserisce nel solco delle precedenti risoluzioni (n. 16/E/2016, n. 35/E/2024 e n. 2/E/2025), adeguando i sistemi di pagamento anche alle novità normative introdotte dal D.Lgs. n. 139/2024.   Ravvedimento e revoca d'intenti per successioni e donazioni La prima serie di codici tributo riguarda i versamenti a seguito di avviso di liquidazione emesso dall'Ufficio su istanza del contribuente per revoca di intenti e ravvedimento operoso (art. 13 del D.Lgs. n. 472/1997), in particolare nei casi di decadenza dai benefici "prima casa".   Per le dichiarazioni di successione, la risoluzione attiva i codici che vanno da A252 ad A259, destinati al pagamento di imposta complementare di successione, ipotecaria, catastale, di bollo, tributi speciali e relative sanzioni e interessi. Per le donazioni e la registrazione di atti, vengono invece stabiliti i codici da A260 a A263, dedicati all'imposta sulle donazioni, alle tasse per i servizi ipotecari e catastali e alle relative sanzioni.   Controllo, conciliazione e modalità di compilazione dell'F24 Un secondo e ampio gruppo di codici tributo riguarda le somme dovute a seguito delle attività di controllo e di conciliazione. L?"Agenzia ha predisposto sequenze specifiche suddivise per tipologia di definizione:   Acquiescenza/Omessa impugnazione (art. 15 D.Lgs. n. 218/1997): codici da A264 a A267 e codici A283-A284; Definizione delle sole sanzioni (art. 17 D.Lgs. n. 472/1997): codici da A268 a A270;   Accertamento con adesione (D.Lgs. n. 218/1997): codici da A271 a A276;   Conciliazione giudiziale (D.Lgs. n. 546/1992): codici da A277 a A282.   In sede di compilazione del modello F24, tutti i nuovi codici vanno esposti nella sezione "Erario" (colonna "importi a debito versati") riportando codice ufficio, codice atto e anno di riferimento indicati nell'atto dell'Ufficio. Per la gestione delle pratiche ereditarie (codici A252-A259, A269, A273, A274, A279, A280, A283 e A284), nella sezione "Contribuente" devono figurare i dati dell'erede, indicando il codice fiscale del defunto nel campo del coobbligato con il codice identificativo "08".
