TAX CREDIT SALE CINEMATOGRAFICHE: DOMANDE FINO AL 20 OTTOBRE


Aperta la sessione 2025 per la presentazione delle domande di credito d?"imposta per il potenziamento dell?"offerta cinematografica, previsto dall?"articolo 18 della legge n. 220/2016. Lo ha reso noto la Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo con un Avviso con cui è stata comunicata la pubblicazione del decreto direttoriale del 17 settembre 2026, che stabilisce termini e modalità per la presentazione delle richieste. Domande aperte fino al 20 ottobre Le richieste dovranno essere trasmesse entro le ore 23.59 del 20 ottobre 2026, esclusivamente tramite la piattaforma DGCOL. La procedura riguarda i costi di funzionamento delle sale cinematografiche sostenuti nel periodo compreso tra il 1° gennaio e il 31 dicembre 2025. Il credito d?"imposta è destinato a favorire le attività e lo sviluppo delle sale cinematografiche, nell'ambito delle misure per il potenziamento dell'offerta cinematografica. Le domande vengono istruite dalla Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo in ordine cronologico, previa verifica della completezza, dei requisiti e della disponibilità delle risorse. Il riconoscimento del credito è infatti effettuato nei limiti delle risorse disponibili e può essere soggetto a decurtazione proporzionale. Inoltre, la domanda deve essere corredata, a pena di inammissibilità, dal contratto assicurativo a copertura dei danni ai beni direttamente causati da calamità naturali ed eventi catastrofali, secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
