CPB, PIù VANTAGGI CON IL RINNOVO: AUMENTANO LE SOGLIE PER I VISTI E SI ACCORCIANO I TERMINI DI ACCERTAMENTO


La guida CNDCEC-Agenzia delle Entrate sul concordato preventivo biennale illustra, tra gli aspetti relativi alla prosecuzione del concordato, le premialità riconosciute in caso di adesione per un secondo biennio, con effetti su compensazioni, rimborsi IVA, accertamenti e versamenti. Il rinnovo del concordato preventivo biennale per un secondo biennio non comporta soltanto la prosecuzione dell?"adesione al regime, ma consente di accedere a specifiche misure premiali. La guida operativa sul CPB per il biennio 2026-2027 e sui rinnovi individua infatti una serie di vantaggi aggiuntivi collegati alla prosecuzione del concordato. Soglie più alte per visti e garanzie Sul fronte delle compensazioni, per l?"IVA la soglia entro la quale è possibile beneficiare dell?"esonero dall?"apposizione del visto di conformità sale da 70.000 a 100.000 euro annui.Per le imposte dirette e l?"IRAP, la soglia passa invece da 50.000 a 70.000 euro annui. Sempre a 100.000 euro annui viene innalzato il limite per l?"esonero dal visto di conformità sui rimborsi IVA. La stessa soglia si applica all?"esonero dalla prestazione della garanzia richiesta per i rimborsi IVA. Tra le premialità previste in caso di rinnovo rientra anche l?"anticipazione di due anni dei termini di decadenza per l?"attività di accertamento, rispetto all?"anticipazione di un anno prevista nell?"ambito del concordato. La guida segnala, infine, la possibilità di ricorrere ai pagamenti rateali per il versamento delle somme dovute a titolo di saldo e acconto delle imposte, senza applicazione di interessi.
