CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO BIENNALE: NEL CASSETTO FISCALE LE SCHEDE CON I DATI PER VALUTARE L?"ADESIONE


Le nuove informazioni messe a disposizione dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate aiutano i contribuenti a valutare il rinnovo del CPB 2026-2027 e il possibile accesso al ravvedimento speciale per le annualità pregresse. L?"Agenzia delle Entrate, attraverso una notizia pubblicata sulla propria rivista telematica FiscoOggi, comunica che sono disponibili nel Cassetto fiscale dei contribuenti interessati le nuove schede di sintesi relative al Concordato preventivo biennale (CPB). Le informazioni raccolte nelle schede sono finalizzate a supportare le valutazioni dei contribuenti in vista dell?"adesione al concordato per i periodi d?"imposta 2026 e 2027 e, per chi ha già aderito al precedente biennio, del relativo rinnovo. I dati possono inoltre essere utilizzati per determinare l?"eventuale imposta sostitutiva prevista dal ravvedimento speciale per le annualità pregresse, introdotto dal D.lgs n. 148/2026 (Decreto Omnibus). Cosa contiene la scheda di sintesi La scheda è rivolta ai contribuenti soggetti agli Indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (Isa) che non abbiano già una proposta di concordato in essere per il biennio 2025-2026. Il documento raccoglie, in particolare, le informazioni relative agli effetti dell?"adesione al CPB per il 2026 e 2027, ai principali dati dell?"attività economica risultanti dall?"ultima dichiarazione acquisita dall?"Anagrafe tributaria e al punteggio Isa dell?"ultimo modello presentato.È inoltre indicata l?"eventuale adesione al CPB per il biennio 2026-2027 e sono riportati gli elementi utili per valutare il ravvedimento delle annualità pregresse. Con riferimento al punteggio Isa, in caso di valore inferiore a 10 la scheda segnala anche l?"eventuale presenza di incoerenze contabili o strutturali rilevate nel modello. Il punteggio non viene invece riportato quando il contribuente ha dichiarato una causa di esclusione dall'applicazione degli Isa. I dati per il ravvedimento delle annualità pregresse Una sezione specifica è dedicata ai contribuenti che hanno aderito al CPB per il biennio 2024-2025 e che intendono rinnovare l?"adesione per il 2026-2027. Per questi soggetti sono disponibili informazioni utili al calcolo dell?"imposta sostitutiva relativa alle annualità dal 2020 al 2023, comprese, ove dovute, le somme sostitutive dell?"Irpef e delle relative addizionali e dell?"Irap. Il calcolo non viene esposto per le annualità per le quali manca il modello Isa, presenta dati incompleti oppure è stata dichiarata una causa di esclusione, con alcune specifiche eccezioni previste dalla disciplina. Per l?"adesione al CPB 2026-2027 il termine è fissato al 31 ottobre, che slitta al 2 novembre in considerazione dei giorni festivi. Per i contribuenti con periodo d?"imposta non coincidente con l?"anno solare, il termine è invece l?"ultimo giorno del decimo mese successivo a quello di chiusura del periodo d?"imposta.
