ROTTAMAZIONE-QUINQUIES, SECONDA RATA IN SCADENZA IL 30 SETTEMBRE 2026


Si avvicina il termine per il pagamento della seconda rata della Rottamazione-quinquies, la definizione agevolata dei carichi affidati all?"Agente della riscossione prevista dalla Legge di Bilancio 2026. La scadenza è fissata al 30 settembre 2026, data entro la quale dovrà essere effettuato il versamento. La nuova definizione agevolata, introdotta dalla Legge n. 199/2025 (Legge di Bilancio 2026), riguarda determinati carichi affidati all?"Agente della riscossione nel periodo compreso tra il 1° gennaio 2000 e il 31 dicembre 2023. In particolare, sono interessati i debiti derivanti dall?"omesso versamento di imposte risultanti dalle dichiarazioni annuali e dalle attività dell?"Amministrazione finanziaria, nonché i contributi previdenziali dovuti all?"INPS, con esclusione di quelli richiesti a seguito di accertamento. La misura consente di definire i debiti senza il pagamento di sanzioni, interessi di mora e aggio e può riguardare anche contribuenti decaduti da precedenti definizioni agevolate. Sono invece esclusi i debiti già regolarmente inseriti nella Rottamazione-quater per i quali, al 30 settembre 2025, risultavano pagate tutte le rate scadute. Come effettuare il pagamento La seconda rata può essere versata utilizzando i moduli allegati alla Comunicazione delle somme dovute. Sono disponibili il servizio online di pagamento (Paga online) e i canali telematici delle banche, di Poste Italiane e degli altri Prestatori di Servizi di Pagamento aderenti a pagoPA.È inoltre possibile attivare la domiciliazione bancaria delle rate attraverso l?"area riservata, oppure effettuare il pagamento presso banche, Poste, ricevitorie e tabaccai. Sono inoltre disponibili gli sportelli dell?"Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, ai quali è possibile accedere previo appuntamento. Particolare attenzione deve essere prestata al rispetto delle scadenze: il mancato o insufficiente versamento delle rate previste dalla legge può determinare l?"inefficacia della definizione agevolata, con conseguente perdita dei benefici previsti dalla Rottamazione-quinquies.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
