Visto di conformità, professionisti e servizi digitali: l?"Agenzia delle Entrate definisce le modalità per la trasmissione online delle comunicazioni relative all?"abilitazione, alle variazioni dei dati e alla rinuncia alla facoltà di rilasciare il visto. Con il Provvedimento del 22 settembre 2026 l?"Agenzia delle Entrate definisce le regole per l?"utilizzo di “Vi.diCo.Web - Visto di conformità”, il nuovo servizio disponibile nell?"area riservata del sito dell?"Agenzia per la gestione telematica delle comunicazioni previste dall?"articolo 21 del decreto del Ministero delle Finanze n. 164/1999.Il servizio, introdotto per potenziare la gestione delle comunicazioni dei professionisti attraverso procedure telematiche volte a razionalizzare i flussi informativi e semplificare le attività istruttorie, consente ai professionisti di trasmettere la comunicazione necessaria per esercitare la facoltà di rilasciare il visto di conformità, oltre a permettere la trasmissione di integrazioni, la comunicazione di variazioni dei dati, degli elementi e dei documenti già inviati e l?"eventuale rinuncia alla facoltà. Nella comunicazione, il professionista deve inserire le informazioni e rendere le dichiarazioni previste dall?"articolo 21 del D.M. n. 164/1999, fornendo anche i dati relativi alle garanzie stipulate per l?"esercizio della facoltà di apporre il visto e alle eventuali strutture attraverso le quali intende effettuare la trasmissione delle dichiarazioni. Alla comunicazione deve essere allegata la documentazione prevista dalla normativa. L?"invio viene effettuato tramite il servizio online alla Direzione regionale dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate competente in base al domicilio fiscale del professionista. Le eventuali variazioni dei dati, degli elementi e dei documenti trasmessi devono essere comunicate entro 30 giorni dalla data in cui si verificano. Attraverso il servizio è inoltre possibile conoscere lo stato di lavorazione della comunicazione e consultare l?"elenco delle comunicazioni inviate. Dal 2027 comunicazione esclusivamente online Il provvedimento stabilisce che la data di effettiva disponibilità del servizio sarà comunicata con un apposito avviso sul sito dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate. La decorrenza è fissata al 1° gennaio 2027: a partire da tale data, la comunicazione prevista per l?"esercizio della facoltà di rilasciare il visto di conformità sarà effettuata esclusivamente tramite il servizio online Vi.diCo.Web.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
