CREDITO D?"IMPOSTA CARBURANTE PESCA: PRONTO IL CODICE TRIBUTO PER LA COMPENSAZIONE IN F24


Istruzioni operative dell'Agenzia delle Entrate per l'utilizzo delle agevolazioni sui consumi di gasolio e benzina effettuati dalle imprese ittiche nei mesi primaverili. L'Agenzia delle Entrate, con la Risoluzione n. 32/E del 22 settembre 2026, ha istituito il codice tributo per consentire alle imprese del settore pesca di utilizzare in compensazione tramite modello F24 il credito d'imposta per l'acquisto di carburante.    L'agevolazione, definita dall'articolo 4 del decreto-legge 18 marzo 2026, n. 33 (convertito dalla legge 13 maggio 2026, n. 79) e regolamentata dal decreto attuativo MASAF-MEF del 22 maggio 2026, consiste in un contributo straordinario pari al 20% della spesa sostenuta nei mesi di marzo, aprile e maggio 2026 per l'acquisto di gasolio e benzina destinati all'alimentazione delle imbarcazioni e dei mezzi impiegati nell'attività ittica. Codice tributo e compilazione del modello F24 Per fruire del beneficio entro il termine tassativo del 31 dicembre 2026, i contribuenti devono utilizzare i servizi telematici dell'Agenzia delle Entrate presentando il modello F24. Il codice tributo istituito è:   "7080" – denominato "Credito d'imposta a favore delle imprese ittiche per l'acquisto di carburante - articolo 4 decreto-legge 18 marzo 2026, n. 33".    Nella compilazione del modello F24, il codice va esposto nella sezione "Erario", all'interno della colonna "importi a credito compensati" (oppure nella colonna "importi a debito versati" in ipotesi di riversamento del credito). Nel campo "anno di riferimento" occorre indicare l'anno di sostenimento della spesa (formato "AAAA") riportato nel cassetto fiscale. Controlli di spettanza e cassetto fiscale L'importo del credito fruibile è consultabile da ciascun beneficiario direttamente nel proprio cassetto fiscale, sulla base dei dati trasmessi dal Ministero dell'agricoltura, della sovranità alimentare e delle foreste.    L'Agenzia delle Entrate effettuerà controlli automatizzati al momento dell'elaborazione dei modelli F24. In particolare, verrà verificata l'inclusione del contribuente negli elenchi forniti dal Ministero e il rispetto del limite massimo di credito spettante, pena lo scarto dell'operazione di versamento.
