AGENZIA ENTRATE: AGGIORNATA LA GUIDA AI SERVIZI FISCALI PER CITTADINI E IMPRESE

È disponibile la nuova edizione della Guida ai servizi fiscali dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, aggiornata a settembre 2026. La pubblicazione offre una panoramica delle principali attività che cittadini, imprese e professionisti possono gestire attraverso il sito dell?"Agenzia, l?"area riservata e gli altri canali di assistenza. Ampio spazio è dedicato ai servizi telematici, accessibili tramite Spid, Cie o Cns, che consentono, tra l?"altro, di presentare la dichiarazione precompilata, registrare contratti, trasmettere documenti, richiedere il codice fiscale o presentare la dichiarazione di successione. La Guida illustra anche le modalità per operare per conto di un?"altra persona, comprese le autorizzazioni a favore di persone di fiducia e la cosiddetta delega unica per gli intermediari. Tra gli argomenti trattati figurano inoltre codice fiscale, tessera sanitaria e partita Iva, registrazione degli atti e dei contratti di locazione, rimborsi e pagamenti tramite F24. Un capitolo è dedicato alle consultazioni disponibili online, dal cassetto fiscale ai servizi catastali e ipotecari, mentre vengono riepilogate anche le procedure relative alle dichiarazioni, ai controlli e alle comunicazioni di irregolarità. La pubblicazione passa infine in rassegna i principali certificati fiscali richiedibili online o attraverso gli altri canali disponibili e dedica una sezione specifica agli intermediari fiscali, con le procedure relative ai servizi Entratel, alla trasmissione delle dichiarazioni e alla gestione delle deleghe conferite dai clienti.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
