L?"Agenzia delle Entrate rende operativo il nuovo sistema per la gestione online delle comunicazioni dei professionisti relative all?"esercizio della facoltà di rilascio del visto. È attivo Vi.diCo.Web – Visto di conformità, il nuovo servizio online dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate che consente ai professionisti di trasmettere per via telematica la comunicazione necessaria per l?"esercizio della facoltà di rilasciare il visto di conformità. Il servizio è disponibile nell?"area riservata del sito dell?"Agenzia ed è stato introdotto con il provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate del 22 settembre 2026, che ne disciplina le modalità operative. Una fase transitoria fino a gennaio 2027 L?"attivazione di Vi.diCo.Web non comporta, per il momento, il venir meno degli altri canali utilizzati per la trasmissione della comunicazione. Il nuovo servizio online, infatti, si affianca ai sistemi già disponibili, tra cui la posta elettronica certificata (PEC). La possibilità di utilizzare i canali attualmente in uso è però destinata a cessare: dall?"11 gennaio 2027 la trasmissione della comunicazione potrà essere effettuata esclusivamente tramite Vi.diCo.Web. Il nuovo servizio diventa quindi il canale telematico di riferimento per le comunicazioni relative all?"abilitazione al rilascio del visto di conformità, in vista del passaggio alla gestione esclusivamente online previsto dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
