DEFINIZIONE AGEVOLATA ENTI TERRITORIALI: PUBBLICATE LE ISTRUZIONI PER COMUNICARE L?"ADESIONE ALLA MISURA


Chiarite le modalità operative per l?"adesione degli enti territoriali alla definizione agevolata dei carichi affidati alla riscossione.La legge di conversione del DL n. 38/2026 ha esteso la definizione agevolata prevista dalla Rottamazione-quinquies anche ai debiti derivanti da entrate regionali e locali affidate all?"Agente della riscossione nel periodo compreso tra il 1° gennaio 2000 e il 31 dicembre 2023. L?"accesso alla misura non è però automatico. Affinché i contribuenti possano beneficiare della definizione agevolata, gli enti creditori interessati devono adottare uno specifico provvedimento e trasmetterlo all?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione entro il 30 giugno 2026. Lo stesso provvedimento dovrà inoltre essere pubblicato sul sito internet istituzionale dell?"ente. A tal fine, l?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione ha pubblicato il 9 giugno scorso le istruzioni operative che Regioni ed enti locali dovranno seguire per comunicare la propria adesione alla misura. Le istruzioni operative per gli enti creditori La trasmissione del provvedimento deve avvenire mediante l?"apposito modello denominato “Comunicazione provvedimento di applicazione della Definizione agevolata enti territoriali”, debitamente compilato e inviato entro il 30 giugno 2026 tramite PEC all?"indirizzo adesione.rottamazione5.enti@pec.agenziariscossione.gov.it.Nel modello dovrà essere indicato anche il Codice Ente riferito a ciascun soggetto che abbia affidato carichi all?"Agente della riscossione tra il 1° gennaio 2000 e il 31 dicembre 2023 e che sia eventualmente confluito nell?"ente che effettua la comunicazione, ad esempio a seguito di fusioni, incorporazioni o unioni di comuni. L?"indicazione di tali codici consentirà all?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione di rendere disponibili ai contribuenti le informazioni necessarie per individuare con precisione i carichi che potranno essere inclusi nella definizione agevolata.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
