ROTTAMAZIONE-QUINQUIES, AGGIORNATE LE FAQ: ATTENZIONE ALLE RATE SALTATE E ALLE VECCHIE DILAZIONI


L?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione ha pubblicato le FAQ aggiornate al 5 giugno 2026 sulla Rottamazione-quinquies, la nuova definizione agevolata introdotta dalla Legge n. 199/2025, raccogliendo in un unico documento le risposte ai principali quesiti relativi all?"ambito applicativo della misura, alle modalità di adesione e ai pagamenti. Tra i chiarimenti di maggiore interesse figura quello relativo ai piani di pagamento rateali (FAQ n. 11). L?"Agenzia conferma che il contribuente può omettere il versamento di una rata senza perdere immediatamente i benefici della definizione agevolata. Tuttavia, la decadenza scatta se risultano non pagate due rate, anche non consecutive, oppure l?"ultima rata del piano. Le FAQ precisano inoltre che i versamenti successivi vengono imputati prioritariamente alle rate precedenti rimaste insolute: ciò significa che il mancato pagamento di una rata intermedia può determinare, di fatto, l?"omesso versamento dell?"ultima rata e quindi la perdita della Rottamazione. Importante anche il chiarimento per chi aveva già una rateizzazione in corso (FAQ n. 12). Con la presentazione della domanda di adesione alla Rottamazione-quinquies, i pagamenti relativi ai debiti definibili vengono sospesi fino al 31 luglio 2026, data di scadenza della prima (o unica) rata. Se la domanda viene accolta, le precedenti rateizzazioni relative ai medesimi debiti saranno automaticamente revocate. Le FAQ ricordano infine che entro il 30 giugno 2026 l?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione invierà ai contribuenti la comunicazione con l?"esito della domanda, l?"importo dovuto e il piano dei pagamenti previsto dalla definizione agevolata.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
