CARBURANTI: PROROGA AL 3 LUGLIO DEL TAGLIO DELLE ACCISE, IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE IL DECRETO SULLA RIDETERMINAZIONE DELLE ALIQUOTE


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 129 del 6 giugno 2026 è stato pubblicato il Decreto del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze che proroga la riduzione delle aliquote di accisa su benzina, oli da gas o gasolio usato come carburante, gas di petrolio liquefatti (GPL) usati come carburanti. Il provvedimento ridetermina le aliquote a decorrere dal 7 giugno 2026 e fino al 3 luglio 2026 e stabilisce le riduzioni di 5 centesimi sia per la benzina che per il gasolio (6,1 centesimi con l'Iva). Nel dettaglio, il provvedimento allinea le aliquote di accisa di benzina e gasolio a 622,90 euro per mille litri, conferma per il GPL destinato ad autotrazione un'aliquota di 242,77 euro per mille chilogrammi e mantiene l'esenzione dall'accisa per il gas naturale utilizzato come carburante. La rideterminazione temporanea delle aliquote è finalizzata a redistribuire ai consumatori parte delle maggiori entrate IVA derivanti dal rincaro delle quotazioni internazionali del greggio. Il decreto precisa inoltre che l'onere derivante dalla riduzione delle accise sarà finanziato utilizzando una parte del maggiore gettito IVA registrato nel mese di maggio 2026. In particolare, vengono destinati a tale finalità 149,4 milioni di euro provenienti dalle maggiori entrate generate dai versamenti periodici dell'imposta sul valore aggiunto effettuati tra il 1° e il 31 maggio 2026.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
