REGISTRO IMPRESE: DAL 4 GIUGNO NUOVE SPECIFICHE TECNICHE PER LE PRATICHE TELEMATICHE


Il decreto del MIMIT aggiorna le procedure informatiche per la compilazione e l?"invio delle domande al Registro delle imprese, con nuove tabelle, controlli e adeguamenti al CbCR. Dal 4 giugno 2026 sono operative le nuove specifiche tecniche per la predisposizione dei programmi informatici destinati alla compilazione e trasmissione telematica delle domande e delle denunce al Registro delle imprese. Le modifiche sono state approvate dal Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy con decreto del 20 maggio scorso, pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 121 del 27 maggio 2026, e aggiornano le regole contenute nel decreto ministeriale del 18 ottobre 2013 relativo al sistema Fedra 7.09. Aggiornamenti tecnici e controlli sulle pratiche telematiche L?"intervento introduce l?"aggiornamento delle tabelle CAP (Comuni), CUR (Uffici di registrazione) e DOC (Tipologie di documento), necessari per la corretta gestione delle pratiche telematiche inviate al Registro delle imprese.Le nuove specifiche tengono inoltre conto degli adempimenti connessi alla comunicazione “CbCR” (Country-by-Country Reporting), prevista dal decreto legislativo 4 settembre 2024, n. 128, che recepisce la direttiva UE in materia di trasparenza fiscale per le grandi imprese multinazionali.Sono stati inoltre rivisti alcuni controlli formali sui dati trasmessi, anche di tipo bloccante in fase di acquisizione delle pratiche telematiche, con particolare riferimento alle informazioni di competenza INPS. Ulteriori controlli obbligatori sono stati introdotti per le pratiche relative all?"iscrizione e alla modifica dei dati delle società cooperative. Dal punto di vista operativo, per garantire la continuità del servizio, il sistema del Registro Imprese continuerà ad accettare per 60 giorni le pratiche predisposte con la precedente versione delle specifiche tecniche. Al termine del periodo transitorio, tuttavia, le pratiche compilate con software non aggiornati alla versione Fedra 7.09 saranno automaticamente respinte. Imprese e professionisti dovranno quindi aggiornare tempestivamente strumenti informatici, procedure interne e controlli operativi prima dell?"invio delle pratiche.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
