L?"elenco dei certificatori abilitati supporta le imprese nella corretta applicazione del credito d?"imposta per ricerca, sviluppo, innovazione e design. Nuovo aggiornamento per l?"Albo dei certificatori del credito d?"imposta destinato alle attività di ricerca e sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica, design e ideazione estetica. Il Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy (MIMIT) ha infatti provveduto ad ampliare l?"elenco degli iscritti con l?"inserimento dei soggetti risultati idonei a seguito delle verifiche svolte dalla Commissione incaricata.L?"aggiornamento è stato disposto con decreto direttoriale del 21 maggio 2026 e riguarda le domande di iscrizione presentate nel periodo compreso tra il 1° gennaio e il 31 marzo 2026. L?"Albo raccoglie i professionisti e gli enti autorizzati a rilasciare le certificazioni relative al credito d?"imposta per ricerca e sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica, design e ideazione estetica, uno strumento che consente alle imprese di ottenere una valutazione tecnica qualificata delle attività agevolabili e di rafforzare la certezza nell?"applicazione del beneficio fiscale. Possono richiedere l?"iscrizione all?"elenco le persone fisiche, le società di consulenza, le università e gli organismi di ricerca in possesso di specifici requisiti tecnici e professionali. Tali soggetti sono incaricati di rilasciare, su richiesta delle imprese, una certificazione attestante la riconducibilità degli investimenti effettuati o programmati alle attività ammissibili all?"agevolazione fiscale.Il Ministero mantiene comunque la possibilità di effettuare verifiche sulla permanenza dei requisiti degli iscritti, anche mediante controlli a campione o su segnalazione dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, al fine di garantire la correttezza e l?"affidabilità del sistema di certificazione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
