COLONNINE DI RICARICA ELETTRICA: AL VIA IL SERVIZIO ENTRATE PER L?"INVIO DEI CORRISPETTIVI


Disponibile il nuovo servizio per censire i “Server energia”. Dal 23 giugno si apre il canale per la trasmissione dei corrispettivi relativi alle ricariche effettuate nei primi mesi del 2026. L?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha attivato il nuovo servizio online dedicato ai gestori delle colonnine di ricarica per veicoli elettrici, che consente di registrare i cosiddetti “Server energia”, i dispositivi utilizzati per la memorizzazione e la trasmissione dei corrispettivi delle operazioni effettuate. Il censimento deve essere effettuato attraverso il portale “Fatture e Corrispettivi”, direttamente dal gestore o tramite un intermediario delegato. Le modalità operative e le specifiche tecniche erano state definite dal provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia del 12 dicembre 2025. Il prossimo passaggio è fissato al 23 giugno 2026, data di apertura del canale per l?"invio dei dati. Da quel momento gli operatori avranno 45 giorni di tempo per trasmettere i corrispettivi relativi alle ricariche effettuate dal 1° gennaio al 31 maggio 2026. La scadenza è quindi fissata al 6 agosto 2026.A regime, invece, i dati dei corrispettivi dovranno essere trasmessi entro la fine del mese successivo a quello di registrazione delle operazioni, secondo le nuove regole previste per il settore della ricarica elettrica.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
