CREDITO D?"IMPOSTA INVESTIMENTI PUBBLICITARI 2026: ONLINE L'ELENCO DEI SOGGETTI RICHIEDENTI


Sul sito internet del Dipartimento per l'informazione e l'editoria è stato pubblicato l'elenco dei soggetti che hanno richiesto di accedere al credito di imposta sugli investimenti pubblicitari incrementali realizzati nel 2026, presentando la comunicazione per l?"accesso al bonus fiscale. Nell?"elenco sono indicati i soggetti che hanno presentato la comunicazione telematica per l?"accesso al credito d?"imposta per il 2026, insieme all?"importo teoricamente fruibile, calcolato sulla base del volume complessivo degli investimenti pubblicitari dichiarati, effettuati o da effettuare, nell?"anno di riferimento.È inoltre riportata la percentuale provvisoria di riparto, determinata dal fatto che le risorse disponibili risultano inferiori rispetto all?"ammontare complessivo del credito richiesto. L?"agevolazione viene quindi ripartita tra i richiedenti in misura proporzionale agli importi indicati. Dalla comunicazione alla conferma del credito d?"imposta Il Dipartimento ricorda che la comunicazione telematica rappresenta una prenotazione delle risorse. Per confermare l?"accesso al beneficio è necessario trasmettere, con le stesse modalità, la dichiarazione sostitutiva tra il 9 gennaio e il 9 febbraio 2027, attestando gli investimenti effettivamente realizzati. Solo al termine di questa fase verrà predisposto l?"elenco definitivo dei soggetti ammessi, con il ricalcolo del credito effettivamente spettante sulla base degli investimenti realizzati nel 2026. La percentuale definitiva di riparto potrà quindi variare rispetto a quella provvisoria inizialmente indicata, in quanto sarà ricalcolata rapportando lo stanziamento disponibile all?"ammontare complessivo dei crediti effettivamente richiesti.
