RECUPERO ICI ENTI NON COMMERCIALI: ONLINE IL SERVIZIO PER L?"INVIO DELLA DICHIARAZIONE


Con Comunicato del 28 maggio il Dipartimento delle Finanze ha annunciato l?"attivazione del nuovo servizio web dedicato alla dichiarazione per il recupero ICI degli enti non commerciali relativa ai periodi d?"imposta dal 2006 al 2011. Il servizio, disponibile nell?"area riservata del sito dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, consente agli utenti di predisporre e trasmettere direttamente online la dichiarazione. Dopo l?"accesso, la funzionalità è disponibile nella sezione “Servizi”, categoria “Dichiarazioni”, oppure tramite ricerca per parole chiave. Contestualmente, il Dipartimento ha comunicato anche il rilascio della versione 2.0.0 del modulo di controllo “REC25” nell?"ambito della piattaforma “Desktop Telematico”, utilizzabile con le applicazioni Entratel e File Internet. L?"aggiornamento introduce alcune correzioni tecniche, tra cui il controllo sul "codice fornitore" in assenza di intermediario e l?"ottimizzazione dei controlli relativi ai campi dedicati alle attività didattiche del Quadro B. Per i moduli già installati sulla piattaforma, chiarisce il Dipartimento delle Finanze, non sarà necessario effettuare aggiornamenti manuali, poiché il sistema procederà automaticamente al download della nuova versione all?"avvio del Desktop Telematico.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
