BONUS MOBILI IN DICHIARAZIONE DEI REDDITI: CONFERMATA LA PROROGA PER IL 2026


Anche nel 2026 sarà possibile beneficiare del bonus mobili, la detrazione Irpef del 50% riconosciuta per l?"acquisto di mobili ed elettrodomestici destinati ad arredare immobili oggetto di ristrutturazione edilizia. La proroga è stata confermata dall'ultima legge di bilancio (Legge n. 199/2025), che estende l?"agevolazione alle spese sostenute nel 2026 per l?"acquisto di arredi e grandi elettrodomestici ad alta efficienza energetica. Nel dettaglio, il beneficio spetta per l?"acquisto di elettrodomestici dotati di etichetta energetica non inferiore alla classe A per i forni, alla classe E per lavatrici, lavasciugatrici e lavastoviglie e alla classe F per frigoriferi e congelatori. Per accedere alla detrazione è necessario aver effettuato un intervento di recupero del patrimonio edilizio su immobili residenziali, sia su singole unità immobiliari sia sulle parti comuni condominiali. I lavori devono essere iniziati a partire dal 1° gennaio dell?"anno precedente a quello dell?"acquisto dei mobili o degli elettrodomestici.Non è invece richiesto che le spese di ristrutturazione siano sostenute prima di quelle relative all?"arredo. La detrazione va indicata nella dichiarazione dei redditi, tramite modello 730 o modello Redditi persone fisiche, ed è riconosciuta esclusivamente al contribuente che beneficia anche della detrazione per gli interventi di recupero edilizio.
