TRANSIZIONE 4.0: IL MEF PROMUOVE GLI INCENTIVI, 'FINO A 2 EURO DI INVESTIMENTI PER OGNI EURO DI CREDITO D?"IMPOSTA'


Pubblicato il Rapporto finale 2020–2023: effetti positivi su investimenti, occupazione e produttività, soprattutto per PMI e piccole imprese. Le misure previste dal Piano Transizione 4.0 hanno avuto un impatto significativo sulla capacità di investimento delle imprese italiane. È quanto emerge dal Rapporto finale di valutazione relativo al periodo 2020–2023, pubblicato dal Ministero dell?"Economia e delle Finanze insieme al Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy e alla Banca d?"Italia. Secondo le analisi contenute nel documento, ogni euro riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d?"imposta avrebbe generato tra 1,5 e 2 euro di investimenti in beni materiali complessivi da parte delle imprese beneficiarie. Gli incentivi avrebbero inoltre favorito la crescita dell?"occupazione e l?"accumulazione di capitale produttivo, con risultati particolarmente evidenti nelle realtà aziendali di minori dimensioni. PMI protagoniste degli incentiviNel quadriennio 2020–2023 il Piano ha prodotto circa 35 miliardi di euro di crediti d?"imposta maturati, di cui circa 27 miliardi destinati agli investimenti in beni strumentali materiali 4.0, cioè tecnologicamente avanzati.Le piccole e medie imprese si confermano le principali beneficiarie della misura, avendo assorbito oltre il 60% delle agevolazioni complessivamente utilizzate. Per micro e piccole imprese il Rapporto evidenzia anche miglioramenti sul fronte della produttività. Forte concentrazione nel Nord ItaliaDal punto di vista territoriale, la quota maggiore degli incentivi è stata utilizzata nelle regioni del Nord, che hanno assorbito circa il 70% del totale dei crediti d?"imposta fruiti. Più contenuto invece il ricorso alle agevolazioni nel Mezzogiorno e nelle regioni del Centro Italia.Il Piano Transizione 4.0 rientra tra gli interventi collegati al programma europeo Next Generation EU ed è finalizzato a sostenere la trasformazione digitale e l?"innovazione del sistema produttivo nazionale.
