730 CONGIUNTO 2026: QUANDO è POSSIBILE E CHI PUò INVIARLO


L?"Agenzia delle Entrate chiarisce le regole per la dichiarazione congiunta: novità anche per la trasmissione tramite persona di fiducia. In una risposta pubblicata sulla rivista telematica FiscoOggi, l?"Agenzia ha fatto il punto sulle regole relative alla presentazione del modello 730 congiunto. Il 730 può essere presentato in forma congiunta dai coniugi quando entrambi possiedono esclusivamente redditi dichiarabili con questo modello e almeno uno dei due ha i requisiti per utilizzarlo. L?"Amministrazione finanziaria ha inoltre ricordato che, anche nel caso in cui l?"anno precedente sia stata inviata una dichiarazione congiunta, vengono comunque predisposte due distinte dichiarazioni precompilate. Invio tramite persona di fiduciaTra le novità di quest?"anno rientra anche la possibilità di trasmettere il 730 congiunto tramite una persona di fiducia. Questa opzione è ammessa soltanto se il soggetto incaricato è stato autorizzato ad accedere alla dichiarazione precompilata da entrambi i coniugi.Restano invece esclusi dalla presentazione congiunta i modelli trasmessi per conto di persone incapaci, compresi i minori, così come i casi in cui uno dei coniugi sia deceduto prima della presentazione della dichiarazione dei redditi.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
