Precompilata: deleghe, fiducia e sicurezza. Le chiavi per l'Area Riservata


L’accesso all’Area Riservata della precompilata passa attraverso regole sempre più precise su deleghe, autorizzazioni e sicurezza. Ecco cosa bisogna sapere per operare correttamente online.Il provvedimento del 28 aprile 2026 dedica molta attenzione a come i soggetti autorizzati possono muoversi nel labirinto telematico.  Le "chiavi" d'accesso Per entrare nella propria area riservata bisogna essere dotati di uno dei tre strumenti di autenticazione previsti dal Codice dell’amministrazione digitale (CAD):  SPID CIE (Carta d'Identità Elettronica)  CNS (Carta Nazionale dei Servizi) Per chi ne ha ancora diritto, restano valide le credenziali rilasciate dall'Agenzia (Entratel/Fisconline). Un piccolo obbligo per tutti: per usare i servizi, si deve registrare un indirizzo email valido nella sezione contatti dell'area riservata.  La "persona di fiducia" Ciascun contribuente può abilitare una persona fisica di sua fiducia (un figlio, un parente, un amico) ad agire nel suo interesse: la persona di fiducia agisce al di fuori di attività professionali; accede con le proprie credenziali e poi effettua il "cambio utenza" per operare per conto dell'interessato; dal 2026, la persona di fiducia può anche inviare dichiarazioni congiunte o gestire le autorizzazioni per gli eredi. Eredi e Rappresentanti Legali Cosa succede in caso di persone decedute o soggetti sotto tutela? eredi: devono richiedere un'abilitazione specifica dichiarando la propria condizione tramite il servizio "Autorizzazioni" nell'area riservata o via PEC alla Direzione Provinciale. L'abilitazione scade il 31 dicembre dell'anno di rilascio, ma se eravate già autorizzati l'anno precedente, l'accesso è confermato automaticamente per l'anno corrente.  rappresentanti: genitori, tutori o amministratori di sostegno possono operare per conto del rappresentato previo accreditamento dei poteri legali.  Sicurezza e Privacy Tutti i canali sono cifrati con protocolli TLS 1.2 e chiavi RSA 2048 bit.  Gli intermediari (CAF e professionisti) devono tenere un registro cronologico delle deleghe acquisite e conservare copia dei documenti di identità dei deleganti.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
