Siamo giunti al termine della nostra analisi sul delicato equilibrio delle società paritetiche. Meglio un'uscita ordinata tramite una clausola ben scritta che un decennio di cause legali che lasciano sul campo solo macerie. Il 50-50 può ancora funzionare? Sì, ma solo se i soci sono abbastanza maturi da regolamentare fin dall'inizio, non solo il loro successo, ma soprattutto un loro eventuale disaccordo.Non è facile pensare alla fine di una storia quando si sta per cominciarla, pieni di speranze ed entusiasmo Per farlo, con le giuste competenze ma anche con il corretto scetticismo e disincanto, è importante rivolgersi ad un Professionista fidato ed esperto. Le soluzioni sono tante ma è importante selezionare e personalizzare quelle più adatte a ciascun caso specifico.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
