Con l?"apertura della stagione dichiarativa 2026, il Modello 730 precompilato è ufficialmente disponibile per la consultazione sul portale dell?"Agenzia Entrate. Sebbene lo strumento nasca per semplificare gli adempimenti fiscali dei contribuenti, è fondamentale prestare la massima attenzione: la dichiarazione “pronta all?"uso” non è necessariamente completa. In particolare, nonostante l?"ampia mole di dati a disposizione dell?"Amministrazione Finanziaria, diverse tipologie di reddito e attività non vengono inserite automaticamente nel prospetto. La “lacuna” informativa riguarda per esempio eventuali : redditi prodotti all?"estero o patrimoni immobiliari e/o finanziari detenuti fuori dall?"Italia (soggetti a IVIE e IVAFE); plusvalenze di natura finanziaria, redditi di capitale soggetti a imposta sostitutiva e investimenti in valute virtuali (cripto valute o attività in genere). L?"Agenzia può escludere anche informazioni relative a fabbricati di cui non le sia chiara la destinazione (es. immobili tenuti a disposizione o concessi in comodato) o dati che risultano discordanti con le risultanze dell?"Anagrafe Tributaria. È bene ricordare che la messa a disposizione della dichiarazione precompilata non esonera il cittadino dall?"obbligo di verifica. Il contribuente resta l?"unico responsabile della correttezza e della completezza dei dati trasmessi. L?"omissione di redditi non tracciati può esporre a sanzioni amministrative e accertamenti futuri. Alla luce di queste complessità, si raccomanda sempre un controllo analitico del prospetto informativo messo a disposizione dall?"Agenzia, valutando, laddove necessario, il supporto di un professionista.

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
