INPS, ERRORE NELLE CERTIFICAZIONI UNICHE 2026: RISCHIO PERDITA BONUS NEL 730 PRECOMPILATO


Sotto i riflettori le nuove CU emesse dall?"INPS: un?"anomalia nei dati trasmessi all?"Anagrafe Tributaria mette a rischio il riconoscimento del taglio del cuneo fiscale. Ecco cosa controllare per non perdere fino a 1.000 euro di rimborsi.   Brutta sorpresa per milioni di contribuenti che, in questi giorni di avvio della stagione dichiarativa, hanno consultato il proprio Modello 730 precompilato 2026.  Secondo diverse segnalazioni, circa due milioni di Certificazioni Uniche (CU) emesse dall?"INPS conterrebbero dati errati o incompleti, in particolare per i percettori di indennità come NASpI, cassa integrazione e disoccupazione agricola relative al 2025.   Il cuore del problema: il nuovo taglio del cuneo fiscale L?"errore riguarda la corretta esposizione delle somme legate alla riforma del cuneo fiscale, che per l?"anno d'imposta 2025 è stato trasformato da esonero contributivo a beneficio fiscale (quota non imponibile o detrazione aggiuntiva). Nelle CU finite nel mirino, i dati inseriti nelle caselle dalla 718 alla 725 (sezione "Somme che non concorrono alla formazione del reddito") risulterebbero incoerenti. Questa anomalia impedisce al software dell'Agenzia Entrate di calcolare correttamente i benefici spettanti, che possono arrivare a: 960 euro per i redditi fino a 20.000 euro; 1.000 euro (sotto forma di detrazione) per i redditi tra 20.000 e 32.000 euro, con decalage fino a 40.000 euro.   I rischi per il contribuente Il rischio principale è quello di inviare una dichiarazione dei redditi che non include i rimborsi spettanti, perdendo definitivamente il beneficio o vedendosi costretti a presentare una successiva dichiarazione integrativa. Poiché la struttura attuale del modello 730 non sempre permette il recupero automatico se la CU alla base è errata, l'attenzione deve essere massima.   Cosa fare ora? Gli esperti consigliano di non affrettarsi con l'invio del 730 precompilato e di seguire questi passaggi: verificare il Cassetto Fiscale: controllare se l'INPS ha già provveduto a emettere una CU rettificata (identificabile dalla dicitura che segnala la sostituzione della precedente) controllare la casella 718: verificare la coerenza dei dati relativi alle somme non imponibili consultare un intermediario: se i dati appaiono incongruenti, è preferibile rivolgersi a un CAF o a un professionista per verificare se la precompilata necessita di modifiche manuali o se occorre attendere il caricamento dei flussi correttivi da parte dell'INPS. L?"Istituto ha già avviato le procedure di correzione, ma il consiglio per i contribuenti resta quello della massima prudenza: un invio frettoloso oggi potrebbe costare caro in termini di mancati rimborsi.
