DIRITTO ANNUALE CAMERE DI COMMERCIO 2026 PIù ALTO DEL 20%


Il MIMIT (Decreto ministeriale 17 marzo 2026 – Camere di commercio. Incremento delle misure del diritto annuale) ha autorizzato l?"incremento del 20% del diritto annuale per il triennio 2026-2028. L?"aumento è finalizzato a garantire il finanziamento di progetti strategici da parte di diverse Camere di Commercio. Sarà applicato dalle 61 Camere di Commercio che ne hanno fatto richiesta. Le imprese che avessero già versato il diritto annuale per l?"anno 2026 senza la maggiorazione, dovranno effettuare il conguaglio (versando la differenza) entro il termine per l?"invio della dichiarazione dei redditi 2025. Molte della CCIAA interessate avevano già pubblicato la notizia dell?"aumento, che restava però subordinato all?"autorizzazione da parte del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy (autorizzazione ora ottenuta).

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
