TAX CREDIT CINEMA 2026: PUBBLICATI GLI ESITI DELLE ISTRUTTORIE


Con i decreti direttoriali del 24 aprile 2026, la Direzione generale Cinema e Audiovisivo ha reso noti gli esiti delle istruttorie relative ai crediti d?"imposta per il settore cinematografico e audiovisivo. In particolare, sono stati pubblicati: gli esiti delle richieste preventive di tax credit per la produzione cinematografica, tv/web, opere di ricerca e formazione (orf), cortometraggi, documentari e produzione esecutiva di opere straniere; gli esiti delle richieste definitive di tax credit per produzione cinematografica, tv/web, orf, documentari, cortometraggi, videoclip e produzione esecutiva di opere straniere; gli esiti delle richieste relative all?"idoneità al credito d?"imposta e all?"eleggibilità culturale, anche con riferimento al reinvestimento dei contributi automatici. La pubblicazione degli elenchi ha valore di comunicazione ufficiale di riconoscimento del credito d?"imposta per i soggetti ammessi. Di conseguenza, la Direzione generale non invierà comunicazioni individuali tramite PEC. Fruizione del credito d?"impostaIl credito potrà essere utilizzato: dal giorno 10 del mese successivo alla comunicazione di riconoscimento, secondo quanto previsto dal D.M. tax credit produzione 2021 e dal D.M. altri tax credit 2021 (e successive modifiche); dal giorno 15 del mese successivo, nei casi disciplinati dal D.M. tax credit produzione 2024 e dal D.M. tax credit internazionale 2024. La Direzione generale precisa infine che nei decreti pubblicati non sono incluse le domande ancora in fase di istruttoria: queste saranno inserite in successivi provvedimenti, che verranno pubblicati con le stesse modalità sul sito istituzionale.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
