Il visto di conformità nel Modello IVA TR


Nel contesto del modello IVA TR, l'obbligo del visto di conformità scatta in base alla finalità dell'istanza e all'importo del credito maturato nel trimestre solare di riferimento.Il visto è necessario se l'ammontare dei crediti utilizzati in compensazione orizzontale (in F24) durante l'anno (sommando i vari trimestri e l'eventuale credito annuale) supera la soglia di 5.000 €. Se il credito è superiore a 5.000 €, la compensazione può essere effettuata solo a partire dal 10° giorno successivo alla presentazione telematica del modello TR munito di visto.   Per le istanze di rimborso, il visto di conformità (o, in alternativa, la sottoscrizione dell'organo di revisione) è obbligatorio per importi superiori a 30.000 € annui. Al di sotto di questa soglia, il rimborso è "libero" (previa sussistenza dei requisiti dell'Art. 30 e 38-bis del D.P.R. 633/72).   Non tutti i consulenti possono apporre il visto. Nel 2026, i soggetti abilitati rimangono quelli iscritti nell'apposito elenco gestito dall'Agenzia Entrate, ovvero: Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili; Consulenti del Lavoro; Responsabili dei Centri di Assistenza Fiscale (CAF). Il professionista deve disporre di una polizza assicurativa specifica con massimale adeguato al numero di visti rilasciati e non deve aver commesso gravi violazioni tributarie che ne abbiano comportato la sospensione dalla facoltà di certificazione. Quando si può evitare il visto? Nel 2026, la normativa conferma e rafforza gli esoneri legati all'affidabilità fiscale del contribuente.  È possibile evitare l'apposizione del visto (e i relativi costi professionali) nelle seguenti situazioni: A. Elevato punteggio ISA (Indici Sintetici di Affidabilità) - I contribuenti che hanno ottenuto un punteggio ISA elevato per il periodo d'imposta precedente (dichiarazione 2025 su redditi 2024) beneficiano dell'esonero fino a soglie più elevate: esonero fino a 50.000 € annui: per chi ha un punteggio ISA almeno pari a 8; sonero fino a 70.000 € annui: per chi ha un punteggio ISA almeno pari a 9 (o una media di 8,5 negli ultimi due anni). B. Adesione al Concordato Preventivo Biennale (CPB) - Per i soggetti che hanno aderito al CPB per il biennio 2025-2026, l'esonero dal visto di conformità per i crediti IVA è riconosciuto indipendentemente dal voto ISA conseguito, generalmente fino alla soglia di 70.000 €. C. Garanzia fideiussoria (solo per i rimborsi). In alternativa al visto, per i rimborsi eccedenti i 30.000 €, è sempre possibile presentare una fideiussione bancaria o assicurativa. Tuttavia, questa opzione è oggi meno utilizzata a causa dei costi finanziari superiori rispetto all'onorario del professionista per il visto.

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
