POS-RT: SCADENZA DEL 20 APRILE, ULTIMI GIORNI PER IL COLLEGAMENTO OBBLIGATORIO


Si avvicina la scadenza del 20 aprile 2026 per adempiere all?"obbligo di collegamento tra POS e registratori telematici (RT), introdotto dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025. Gli esercenti che certificano i corrispettivi tramite registratore telematico o mediante la procedura web “Documento commerciale online” sono tenuti a comunicare, tramite il portale “Fatture e Corrispettivi”, l?"associazione con gli strumenti di pagamento elettronico già in uso o attivati nel mese di gennaio 2026. Chi è interessato dalla scadenza del 20 aprile Il termine, in particolare, riguarda: i POS già in uso al 1° gennaio 2026 i POS attivati entro il 31 gennaio 2026 Per questi soggetti, l?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha chiarito (tramite FAQ) che il collegamento deve essere effettuato entro 45 giorni dalla messa a disposizione della procedura web, attiva dal 5 marzo 2026. Ne deriva la scadenza del 20 aprile 2026. Si tratta di un adempimento una tantum, salvo successive modifiche nei collegamenti. Attenzione: cosa fare entro lunedì Entro il 20 aprile, gli esercenti devono quindi: accedere al portale “Fatture e Corrispettivi” comunicare l?"associazione tra POS e registratore telematico In assenza di tale comunicazione, l?"adempimento risulterà non correttamente eseguito. Casi in cui è necessario aggiornare i collegamenti Dopo il primo invio, sarà necessario effettuare una nuova comunicazione solo in caso di variazioni, ad esempio: collegamento di un POS a un diverso RT attivazione di un nuovo registratore telematico attivazione di un nuovo POS dismissione di POS o RT Nuovi POS attivati dopo gennaio: le tempistiche Per i POS attivati o modificati dopo il 31 gennaio 2026, la comunicazione segue una diversa finestra temporale: dal 6° giorno del secondo mese successivo fino all?"ultimo giorno lavorativo dello stesso mese Ad esempio, un POS attivato ad aprile 2026 dovrà essere collegato nel periodo compreso tra il 6 giugno e il 30 giugno 2026.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
