BONUS MOBILI: CONFERMATA LA DETRAZIONE ANCHE PER IL 2026, RILEVA LA DATA DI AVVIO DEI LAVORI EDILIZI


Resta accessibile anche per il 2026 il bonus mobili, la detrazione Irpef del 50% riconosciuta per l?"acquisto di mobili e grandi elettrodomestici destinati ad arredare immobili oggetto di interventi di recupero edilizio. La proroga, ricordiamo, è stata disposta dalla Legge di bilancio 2026 (legge n. 199/2025, art. 1, comma 22), che ha esteso l?"agevolazione alle spese sostenute nel corso dell?"anno. Per beneficiare della detrazione è necessario che gli acquisti di arredi ed elettrodomestici siano collegati a interventi di recupero del patrimonio edilizio, realizzati su singole unità immobiliari residenziali o su parti comuni di edifici residenziali. Condizione fondamentale è il rispetto della tempistica tra lavori edilizi e acquisti: la data di inizio degli interventi, infatti, deve essere anteriore a quella in cui vengono sostenute le spese per mobili ed elettrodomestici. Inoltre, la normativa prevede che gli interventi edilizi debbano essere iniziati a partire dal 1° gennaio dell?"anno precedente a quello in cui vengono effettuati gli acquisti.Pertanto, per le spese sostenute nel 2026, il bonus spetta a condizione che i lavori di ristrutturazione siano stati avviati non prima del 1° gennaio 2025.
