RECUPERO ICI ENC: NUOVA VERSIONE DEL MODULO DI CONTROLLO DELLE DICHIARAZIONI TELEMATICHE


Con Comunicato Stampa dell'8 aprile il Dipartimento delle Finanze ha reso nota la disponibilità della nuova versione del modulo di controllo delle dichiarazioni telematiche relative al recupero ICI per enti non commerciali (REC25).Il modulo aggiornato, utilizzabile per le applicazioni "Entratel" e "File Internet", è disponibile all'interno della piattaforma "Desktop Telematico", nella sezione "Controlli dichiarazioni varie". Novità della nuova versioneL?"aggiornamento, in particolare, corregge il controllo dell?"importo delle rate in assenza di importo dovuto per il singolo Comune (RECORD DI TIPO "G": Quadro E).Per gli utenti che hanno già installato il modulo nella piattaforma “Desktop Telematico” non è richiesto alcun intervento manuale: l?"aggiornamento avviene automaticamente al riavvio dell?"applicazione. Soggetti obbligati alla presentazione della dichiarazioneSono tenuti alla presentazione della dichiarazione telematica per il recupero dell?"ICI, relativa al periodo 2006-2011 (entro il 30 settembre 2026), gli enti non commerciali che, per le annualità 2012 e 2013: hanno dichiarato importi IMU/TASI superiori a 50.000 euro annui; oppure hanno dovuto effettuare il versamento, anche a seguito di accertamento comunale, di importi superiori a 50.000 euro annui per le medesime annualità.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
