I 10 KPI da monitorare per guidare lo Studio professionale: Tasso di saturazione


Il tempo è la "materia prima" di uno Studio professionale. Se non sai quanto ne stai usando per produrre valore, stai navigando a vista. Il Tasso di Saturazione misura l'efficienza nell'impiego del capitale umano.Cos’è e come si calcola Rappresenta il rapporto tra le ore caricate su pratiche/clienti (ore fatturabili) e le ore totali lavorate (incluse amministrazione, formazione, ecc.). Utilization Rate = (Ore Fatturabili / Ore Totali Lavorate) x 100 L’interpretazione del risultato Un tasso intorno all’80% è considerato ottimale per i collaboratori senior. Un valore troppo basso indica inefficienza o troppa burocrazia interna; un valore troppo alto (sopra il 90%) segnala rischio di burnout e mancanza di tempo per lo sviluppo dello Studio. Perché è strategico per il tuo Studio Ti permette di capire se lo Studio è "sovradimensionato" rispetto al carico di lavoro o se, al contrario, stai perdendo opportunità perché il team è saturo di attività non redditizie. Un esempio pratico Un associato lavora 160 ore al mese. Se ne dedica 120 a pratiche clienti (ore fatturabili) e 40 a riunioni interne e aggiornamento, il suo tasso è del 75%.  Se scendesse al 50%, dovresti chiederti: perché spende metà del tempo in attività che non generano fatturato? Conclusione e azioni chiave Implementa e utilizza un timesheet rigoroso. Senza dati certi sulle ore, questo KPI non esiste.
