ENTI NON COMMERCIALI, PIù TEMPO PER IL RECUPERO ICI 2006-2011: NUOVA SCADENZA AL 30 SETTEMBRE


Slitta al 30 settembre il termine per la presentazione della dichiarazione telematica necessaria al recupero dell?"esenzione ICI relativa agli anni dal 2006 al 2011. Il termine originario del 31 marzo 2026 è stato prorogato con Dpcm 26 marzo 2026, pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale, a seguito delle difficoltà tecniche segnalate dai contribuenti in relazione alla limitata disponibilità di strumenti software adeguati. L?"adempimento riguarda gli enti non commerciali che, per le annualità 2012 e 2013, hanno dichiarato (o sono stati accertati per) importi IMU/TASI superiori a 50.000 euro annui.Questi soggetti sono tenuti a presentare la dichiarazione per il recupero dell?"ICI riferita al periodo dal 2006 al 2011 entro il nuovo termine. Resta invariata la tempistica per i versamenti: le somme dovute dovranno essere corrisposte entro 30 giorni dalla scadenza per l?"invio della dichiarazione. A tal fine, l?"Agenzia delle Entrate, con Risoluzione n. 12 del 24 marzo 2026, ha già istituito gli appositi codici tributo, utilizzabili tramite modello F24 o F24 "enti pubblici".   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
