POS E REGISTRATORI TELEMATICI: ATTIVO IL SERVIZIO PER IL COLLEGAMENTO. PRIMA SCADENZA IL 20 APRILE


Parte la procedura per l?"associazione tra Pos e registratori telematici prevista dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025: gli esercenti devono comunicare l?"associazione tramite il portale Fatture e Corrispettivi entro termini precisi. Al via dal 5 marzo il nuovo servizio online per permettere agli operatori di collegare registratori telematici (Rt) e strumenti di pagamento elettronico. Il servizio, previsto dalla Legge di Bilancio 2025 per le operazioni effettuate dal 1° gennaio 2026, è disponibile all?"interno del portale “Fatture e corrispettivi”.Come effettuare il collegamento Pos-RtPer effettuare il collegamento tra Pos e registratori telematici l?"esercente, direttamente o tramite intermediario, deve utilizzare l?"apposita procedura web (servizio “Gestione collegamenti”) disponibile nella propria area riservata del portale Fatture e Corrispettivi e associare la matricola del registratore telematico già censito in Anagrafe Tributaria ai dati identificativi degli strumenti di pagamento elettronico di cui risulta titolare. Per i Pos già in uso al 1° gennaio 2026 o utilizzati entro il 31 gennaio 2026, gli esercenti hanno 45 giorni di tempo, a partire dal 5 marzo, per effettuare il collegamento con il registratore telematico, con scadenza fissata al 20 aprile. Per i nuovi strumenti di pagamento, invece, l?"associazione dovrà essere effettuata tra il sesto giorno del secondo mese successivo alla loro attivazione e l?"ultimo giorno lavorativo dello stesso mese. L'Agenzia ha reso disponibile anche una guida operativa, rivolta ad operatori ed intermediari, che illustra, anche con immagini e tabelle, le modalità per completare la comunicazione e alcune Faq di chiarimento su casistiche specifiche, tra cui: la possibilità di collegare uno stesso strumento di pagamento a più registratori di cassa telematici; l?"esclusione dall?"obbligo per gli esercenti che utilizzano il Pos esclusivamente per pagamenti relativi a operazioni esonerate dall?"obbligo di emissione del documento commerciale; gli identificativi degli strumenti di pagamento elettronico necessari per effettuare il collegamento.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
