ROTTAMAZIONE QUINQUES: COME GESTIRE DEBITI ROTTAMABILI E NON ROTTAMABILI NELLO STESSO PIANO DI RATEIZZAZIONE


Confermata la possibilità di gestire separatamente i carichi inclusi nella definizione agevolata e quelli esclusi, evitando la decadenza dai piani di rateizzazione per i debiti non rottamabili. L'Agenzia delle Entrate-riscossione nelle FAQ in tema di Rottamazione-quinques, ha chiarito diversi aspetti applicativi della nuova definizione agevolata, tra cui la possibilità di effettuare i pagamenti in un arco temporale più ampio e le ipotesi di decadenza dal beneficio.Uno di questi riguarda, in particolare, il caso in cui nello stesso piano di rateizzazione siano presenti sia debiti per i quali il contribuente intende aderire alla Rottamazione quinques sia altri carichi non definibili. In base ai chiarimenti forniti, la presentazione della domanda di adesione determina la sospensione degli obblighi di pagamento, fino al 31 luglio 2026 (data di scadenza della prima o unica rata delle somme dovute per la definizione agevolata), ma solo per i debiti “rottamabili” inseriti nella richiesta di definizione agevolata.Per le restanti somme, non rientranti nella rottamazione, il piano di rateizzazione resta invece attivo: il contribuente dovrà quindi continuare a versare regolarmente le rate utilizzando il servizio “Paga online” disponibile sul sito e sull?"App Equiclick di Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione oppure rivolgendosi agli sportelli territoriali.
