DL PNRR 2026: LE MISURE PER LE IMPRESE E IL SISTEMA PRODUTTIVO


Il nuovo Decreto PNRR, approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri il 29 gennaio ed entrato in vigore il giorno successivo, introduce misure finalizzate all?"attuazione del Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza (PNRR) e al rafforzamento delle politiche di coesione.Il provvedimento opera una revisione complessiva di oltre 400 adempimenti amministrativi a carico di cittadini, famiglie e imprese.  Le misure rivolte alle imprese e al sistema produttivo  puntano a liberare risorse e tempo per le aziende, riducendo gli adempimenti formali. Le vediamo in dettaglio:Supporto alle microimprese: il decreto dedica una sezione specifica alla riduzione degli oneri amministrativi per le piccole realtà aziendali, semplificando gli obblighi di comunicazione e pubblicità relativi agli aiuti di Stato, laddove le informazioni siano già presenti nel Registro Nazionale degli Aiuti (RNA).Transizione digitale ed ecologica: per i crediti d?"imposta legati a "Transizione 4.0", si semplifica l?"iter di certificazione degli investimenti attraverso una maggiore integrazione tra le banche dati del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy e l?"Agenzia delle entrate.Infrastrutture e TLC: si potenzia il ricorso alla SCIA (Segnalazione Certificata di Inizio Attività) per l?"installazione di reti a banda ultra-larga, facilitando il lavoro degli operatori e accelerando la copertura digitale del Paese.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
